Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Bangoan Noori Society. Your contributions enable us to fulfill our mission and serve our community. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of donations or
contributions made through our website.
1. Donations:
– All donations made to Bangoan Noori Society are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reversed, except in the case of an error in processing or unauthorized transaction.
2. Monthly Contributions:
– If you have set up a recurring monthly contribution or donation, you may cancel future payments at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the next scheduled payment date to ensure that no further payments are processed.
3. Event Registrations:
– Registration fees for events hosted by Bangoan Noori Society are generally non-refundable. Incertain cases, refunds may be issued if the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organization. Any refund eligibility will be determined on Your Paticular Request basis.
4. Refund Requests:
– To request a refund for an erroneous transaction or unauthorized donation, please contact us at bangaonoorisociety@gmail.com
with the following information:
– Your name
– Transaction date and amount
– Reason for the refund request
– Refund requests will be reviewed and processed at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our refund criteria.
5. Processing Time:
– Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days from the date of the refund request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your Instituition.
6. Changes to Policy:
– We reserve the right to update or change this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page.
